Nilma recently organised at its headquarters a series of demonstration courses for kitchen managers. These meetings were of great interest because of the subjects dealt with, and were co-ordinated by nationally-famous chefs who presented dishes from traditional and biological dishes.

The equipment used - the most modern and multi-functional in Nilma's production range - was illustrated during the demonstrations, paying particular attention to the advantages offered by the new Creative Control Machine Point software.
